The Tock board on wood is a unique model : a one-off. It takes me between 40 and 50 hours and several days to finish one. You can order one by mail missappleray@yahoo.fr Then complete the order by phone.
I was already a painter of mandalas and when I fell in love with Tock I decided to create my own designs, allying art and the game.
All the models you see here are designed directly on plywood 5 mm thick like the above example or on a wood medium 3mm thick ( below ).
The finished design is varnished and then scanned.
The designs are painted on the board with professional water colour pencils and then protected by vanishing.
The Tock can be pliable like the one on the right or complete like the left hand example.
The finished design is then glued to another plywood board 10mm thick and framed by
a baton.
